Waterproof, dent-resistant floors in straight plank or classic herringbone that stand up to UAE humidity, sand and heavy daily traffic.
We start by checking your existing floor with a moisture meter and a laser level. High spots are ground down, dips are filled with self-leveling screed, and a moisture barrier goes down wherever the slab needs one. SPC planks click-lock over an acoustic underlay, while LVT is glued down or loose-laid depending on the room. For herringbone, we set out a center line so the zigzag runs square to the room and lines up through doorways. Door frames are undercut so the floor runs neatly underneath, then skirting and transition strips go on and we vacuum before walking you through the finished room.
